This role is based in our Plymouth clinic (Plymouth, Massachusetts).

As a Patient Care and Site Coordinator (Front Office Medical Receptionist), you will be the first face clients see, setting the stage for a positive and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet and check clients in, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
Handle phone calls efficiently, maintaining effective communication.
Manage insurance processes with attention to detail for smooth client experiences.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling and record-keeping.
Maintain a clean and inviting clinic atmosphere.
Support telehealth services, embracing digital healthcare evolution.
Collaborate with a dynamic team, enhancing our culture of excellence.
Potentially train in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and assist in training new team members.
Maintain a professional demeanor, contributing to a positive clinic environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in medical office settings and familiarity with EMR systems.
Effective communication skills, client-focused approach, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
