Job overview
The post holder will provide essential support to the PFI Expiry project Working autonomously and responsible for their own workload, they will provide advice and guidance in relation to planning, performance development and project management. This will include responsibility for implementing identified changes via project management.

Main duties of the job
Day to day responsibilities will include taking a lead role within the PFI Expiry project taking responsibility for monitoring and reporting on the impact of planned and reactive works against the PFI contract requirements and performance indicators ,working closely with the stakehokders to identify and act upon opportunities for service modernisation in line with the project This will include using a range of sources to provide and analyse complex information relating to operational performance and measurement of impact of the programme

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
The post holder will provide technical expertise to the PFI expiry project in relation to FM Co planned and reactive works. and liaise and collaborate with the Hospital Operations Manager to support PFI contract and expiry activities.
The post holder will be responsible for presenting data to stakeholders and must be able to explain clearly their findings and identify improvements, following through with timescales and delivery of improvements. The post holder will be responsible for maintaining the project plan.
The post holder will provide technical expertise to the PFI expiry project in relation to FM Co planned and reactive works. and liaise and collaborate with the Hospital Operations Manager to support PFI contract and expiry activities.
Qualifications
- Degree level or equivalent experience
- Estate or building discipline, or HNC/HND or Management with specialist knowledge acquired through courses and experience
- Chartered Status Corporate member of Professional body
Experience
- Experience in an estate or building discipline
- Experience in undertaking building services surveys facilitating long term planning processes
- Previous exposure or knowledge of a PFI contract
