Digital Access Administrator - Band 3 - 37.5 - Maglona
Full Time (Part time hours may be considered)

An opportunity has arisen for a fixed term position for 24 months within Digital Access Management Department. The role is structured around a Digital Access Administrator position but the department focusses on creating and maintaining user active directory accounts, and associated access requests

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be required to :

Deal with day to day Alloy ticket handling across the responsibilities of the team

Manage and maintain user access - managing tickets and escalating any issues of concern.

Monitoring the processing of all requests to make sure that they are handled in a timely and professional manner.

Use expertise to resolve problems and enhance processes

Contribute to new and developing working practices

To undertake any other duties commensurate with the scope of your role and within your skill set as requested.

Qualifications

  • NVQ 3 in Administration or equivalent.

Experience

  • Working across multiple organisations and in multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to act as Information Asset Administrator
  • Delivery continual service improvements
  • Working in a technical environment with a Service Desk and associated tools
  • Working within an environment that applied the ITIL Service Management framework
  • Working within an environment that applied PRiNCE2
  • Working in the NHS

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of Information Governance and Data Protection principles.
  • Knowledge of Registration Authority Services.
  • Able to learn new technology.
  • Organised in administrative processes whilst being responsive to deadlines.
  • Able to work using own initiative, both unsupervised and as part of a team.
  • Accuracy including data input with attention to detail.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
