When working clinically, you will be expected to deliver high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based care, while providing support and reassurance to patients, relatives, and members of the multidisciplinary team.
We are committed to supporting our nurses to develop advanced clinical and leadership skills, enabling them to competently manage the complex needs of our patients. You will receive training and experience in:
- Rostering and workforce management
- Budget setting
- Human Resources management
You will also be expected to deputise for the Ward Manager in their absence, ensuring the continued delivery of high standards across the ward.
