Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end process mapping and analysis across core operational workflows
  • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to optimise performance and scalability
  • Define future-state processes and establish clear design principles
  • Challenge both business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure robust, practical solutions
  • Support operating model design, ensuring alignment between people, process, and technology
  • Translate business requirements into clear inputs for system development / ERP configuration
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making during programme scoping and delivery

Scope of Work

The role will cover a range of core processes, including but not limited to: finance operations (AR, AP, month-end close), order-to-cash and customer order management workflows, transport, logistics and supply chain processes, and customer-facing and mobile app journey requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in operational process mapping and optimisation
  • Experience designing or implementing operating models and process frameworks
  • Exposure across multiple functional areas (finance, operations, supply chain, customer operations)
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, ideally within transformation or M&A contexts
  • Experience within consulting (Tier 1 / Tier 2) or a blend of consulting and industry
  • Prior involvement in transformation or value creation programmes
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) sufficient to engage with IT teams
