About the Role
We are recruiting a Social Value Consultant to join our expert team. You will play a central role in shaping how our clients - across central government, local authorities and charities – design, deliver, measure, and report on their social value commitments. Day-to-day, you will be writing and solutioning social value bid responses, crafting impact reports, supporting clients through the delivery of their social value plans, delivering training to build capability, and helping clients develop corporate social value strategies with genuine impact at their core.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years' hands-on social value experience, ideally spanning both bid writing and delivery
- A proven track record of writing winning social value responses for UK public sector tenders
- Strong working knowledge of PPN 06/20 and PPN 002, the Social Value Model, and the National TOMs
- Experience measuring and evidencing social value impact using recognised frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A genuine commitment to social, economic, and environmental outcomes for communities across the UK
