About us
We're Transform. Transform is a fresh alternative to Big Consulting. As an end-to-end transformation partner, we define, design, build and operate systems that solve our clients’ toughest challenges and seize their biggest opportunities. That often means combining strategy, data, AI, technology, and change management. Sometimes we manage and operate the systems we create; other times, we hand it over for the client to run – standing by to make improvements when things change. It all comes down to making an impact: improving lives, supporting citizens, streamlining workflows, and making the world a better place. We specialise in public sector and public-facing organisations—from government agencies and local authorities to energy, utilities, transportation and healthcare. We also work for some of the world’s most dynamic brands across automotive, retail, financial services, and consumer goods. We work closely (often on site) with our clients; to deliver impact you are keen to help us build the workforce of the future, we should talk. We’re all in! That's what gets us out of bed every day. We hope you feel the same.
Key Responsibilities
- You’ll be responsible for delivering value by combining user needs, business needs and technology.
- You’ll care about metrics, demonstrating success and making decisions with data.
- You’ll work hands-on with research, design, analysis and technical disciplines to deliver products that cut through the noise.
- You’ll work across the product life cycle, from Discovery to Live, adapting your approaches to the need.
- You will be responsible for defining, communicating and iterating compelling product visions.
- You’ll own the product roadmap for clients, driving uptake, stickiness, reducing costs and or sunsetting when it’s no longer needed.
- You’ll help clients make hard decisions through prioritisation, analysis and clear communication.
- You’ll be actively interested in the disciplines you work alongside, be curious about the clients we work with, and bring a growth mindset.
- You’ll help others understand product management practices and utilise them outside of product delivery.
- You’ll be an active member of our community of practice, with a passion for product management and how we can strive to be better.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- You’ll have experience taking products through most stages of the product life cycle.
- You are confident in building product strategies that balance user and business needs, short-term and long-term value.
- You can share how you’ve created demonstrable value for organisations and users/customers.
- You’ll be confident using data to make decisions and evolve products.
- You like to ask ‘why’, and help teams address root causes rather than symptoms.
- You are experienced working in agile, multi-disciplinary teams, harnessing those disciplines to make decisions.
- You’ll advocate for agile working, user-centred design, and delivering customer value.
- You’ll have some experience developing or coaching non-experts in product and other product managers.
- You’ll have strong communication and consulting skills, working with senior stakeholders to ensure we are meeting their objectives and making often complex decisions or concepts simple to understand.
