Find out more at: www.transformUK.com The Role: Director of Delivery Management Location: Hybrid role, option of a London or Manchester base Transform has five practices: Consultancy, Research & Service Design, Data & AI, Technology and Product & Delivery. The practices are home to our communities of practice and the people within these. We always put together client teams drawing on the skills from across the practices. Within the Product and Delivery practice we are looking to recruit a Director to lead our delivery management function and to take it to its next growth phase. The role will be critical in growing our team and working with peers across the organisation to evolve our perspective and capability and join with the broader product and delivery functions. As the leader of the delivery management team, you would lead and develop a team to provide high quality delivery management across our customer teams. At a company level, you will continuously track industry trends, look for innovation opportunities for our business and clients and play a critical role in our business development activities, engaging with potential clients, developing proposals and propositions and engaging with existing clients. In our dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will have autonomy, mastery, and purpose to succeed. We value innovative work by doing things smarter, not harder. You will continuously innovate and have the license to explore new approaches and technologies, evolving the structure of your team to fit the market and customer needs. Your success will be measured through a combination of KPIs relating to practice management, sales and account growth and direct customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Key Skills/Experiences: We’re looking for an experienced Head of Delivery Management or Delivery Director with a track record of success in complex digital and transformational programmes. You should have: Extensive experience in leading large-scale, high-risk digital, data and technology transformation programmes. Deep expertise in supporting customers through complex change programmes, working at both strategic and delivery levels. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and proven experience of assessing, introducing and scaling agile ways of working in organisations, including culture changes. Experience in business development and revenue ownership, including shaping proposals, winning work, and growing accounts. Proven practice leadership skills, with experience in growing, managing and mentoring teams. Track record in stakeholder management, building trust-based relationships with senior leaders and executives. Ability to flourish in a hybrid model, balancing on-site client work with remote and office-based collaboration. Have both private and public sector experience. Experience working in a consultancy business.
