Transform Trust is seeking to appoint a Director of Assurance and Intervention. This is an opportunity for an experienced school or system leader to join our established School Improvement Team and work closely alongside the Directors group to shape strategy and resources, to best meet the needs of Transform Trust schools.
The Director of Assurance and Intervention will provide strategic leadership for the evaluation of curriculum standards and intervention across Transform Trust schools, ensuring high standards of provision, compliance with agreed Trust curriculum principles and national expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on the induction of new schools joining the trust.
- Build relationships and contribute to due diligence activity.
- Support school and peer evaluation, identifying appropriate, timely intervention to bring about improvement.
- Design and deliver professional learning communities to support staff at all levels working towards Trust and school strategic priorities.
- Have a deep understanding of quality assurance of curriculum standards, revised framework expectations, Trust Principles and statutory expectations.
- Value collaboration and sharing of best practice to bring about improvement.
- Promote research-informed practice and contribute to the further development of the Trust curriculum offer.
- Broker, monitor and evaluate internal and external projects, including RISE and DFE Projects.
- Draw upon leadership experience of external review and support in preparing schools for statutory inspection and review, including OFSTED.
