  • Experience leading complex data-led and AI transformation programmes in regulated industries
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear language for non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in environments where commercial outcomes are as important as delivery milestones
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
