About You
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years’ total professional experience in agile/programme delivery
- Minimum of 3 years’ consulting experience
- Minimum of 4 years’ Financial Services/Insurance experience
- Strong understanding and experience of Jira setup at scale
- Strong understanding of Agile practices to support collaboration between business and technology teams
- Excellent understanding of RAID and cross-functional dependency management
- Capability to design, implement, and coach Agile delivery practices
- Deep understanding of tools required for successful delivery (e.g., MS Project, Atlassian suite, Power BI)
- Experience leading complex data-led and AI transformation programmes in regulated industries
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear language for non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in environments where commercial outcomes are as important as delivery milestones
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- A naturally collaborative approach to work
- Enthusiasm and understanding of the business and technological landscape
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong team ethos
- Proactive approach to maintaining high-quality standards
Desirable Skills and Experience:
