The Role: As part of the Transform Together Consulting team, you will be engaging with industry leading companies at an operational and strategic level. You will be working with senior leaders and CxOs as a strategic partner to help provide structure, knowledge and insight into the best methods to deliver their transformation agenda. This typically involves taking a business objective from discovery through to adoption into BAU, utilising a combination of agile and traditional project and change management techniques. We put a large focus on internal advocacy; you will get real responsibility and accountability from the outset, you tell us how far you want to go, it’s our job to get you there.
About you: Must believe in the Transform Together values as we live these every day! A combined minimum of 5 years Business Analysis experience in a previous consultancy or in industry. Financial Services experience across Investments, Insurance, Asset Management or Wealth Management. Experience in identifying, scoping and implementing opportunities for non-technical and digitally enabled process design, optimisation, automation and management using relevant standards and frameworks. Lead workshops, meetings, and presentations to elicit, analyse and document requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders. Deep understanding of the mechanisms and tools to manage the successful delivery from both traditional and agile perspectives. Experience in data analysis, visualisation techniques and implementation of digital dashboards. A positive, can-do attitude, strong team ethos and ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
