As part of the Transform Together Consulting team you will lead impactful change by partnering with industry-leading companies to shape strategy and drive operational excellence. You will be working across organisational levels depending on your comfort and experience, from SMEs to C-Suite to help provide structure, knowledge and insight into the best methods to deliver their transformation agenda. This typically involves taking a business objective from discovery through to adoption into BAU, utilising a combination of agile and traditional project and change management techniques. You will get real responsibility and accountability from the outset - you tell us how far you want to go; it's our job to get you there!

About You:
- Essential Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years Business Analysis experience
- Proven experience applying process mapping methodologies (such as SIPOC, BPMN) to analyse, design, and optimise business processes
- Ability to assess business needs and translate them into structured, achievable technical and functional outcomes
- Experience working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document requirements
- Deep understanding of the mechanisms and tools to manage the successful delivery from both traditional and agile perspectives
- Experience of developing and writing business cases in line with financial and technical requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- A natural collaborative approach to your work, confident even amongst challenging stakeholder groups
- A positive, can-do attitude, strong team ethos and ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment
- Proactive approach to your work, maintaining high quality standards while embracing innovative approaches to solve complex challenges
- Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience leveraging AI tools to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency is highly desirable
- Understanding and experience in utilising modern data analytics, governance and migration approaches
- Ability to facilitate delivery management processes in line with scope and requirements
