We are seeking a Gateman for a full-time, on-site role in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Gateman will be responsible for managing access to site entrances, ensuring the security of the premises, monitoring site activity, and supporting visitors. Daily tasks include checking and logging vehicles and personnel, enforcing safety protocols, and providing excellent communication and support to all site visitors and team members.
Qualifications- Proficiency in site access control and basic security protocols
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to provide professional and clear instructions to visitors and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records of personnel and vehicles entering the site
- Safety awareness and understanding of workplace safety practices
- Proven reliability, punctuality, and ability to work effectively on-site
- Experience in a similar role or environment is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic conflict resolution is an asset
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and assist with site operations as required
