Finance Officer – Reporting Location: Leatherhead Salary: £34,000.00 p.a. What You’ll Be Doing Transform has ambitious plans, and this is a great opportunity for a dynamic, self-motivated and experienced Finance Officer – Reporting to join the Finance team. Prepare management accounts that inform key business decisions Support service charges, housing and overhead budget preparation Manage capital expenditure accounting Account for fundraising income Complete statistical returns What We’re Looking For Strong experience in preparing management accounts At least 2 years of experience in a management accounting role with business partner focus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and use financial data effectively Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders Part qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/AAT) Intermediate/Advanced Excel knowledge A commitment to Transform’s values Don’t Tick Every Box?
