Location: Farnham Salary: £28,000 per annum + benefits Hours: Full time – 37 hours per week Make a Real Difference Every Day As a Housing Support Officer, you'll be the person who helps vulnerable clients transform their lives. You'll see firsthand how your support empowers people to build independence, develop life skills, and achieve goals they never thought possible. The Role You'll work as a keyworker to named clients, supporting them to live as independently as possible whilst keeping them safe. Housing management activities form part of this role, alongside daily client support to help them resolve problems and reach positive outcomes. Your core responsibilities include: ·        Developing non-judgmental professional relationships with clients ·        Managing your own time effectively, delivering outcomes and meeting deadlines ·        Using computer systems (Excel, Word, Outlook and the Internet) for client records and communication What We're Looking For ·        Relevant experience working with vulnerable people, or transferable skills - no previous experience is required, as training will be provided ·        A full valid driving licence and use of your own car for business purposes ·        Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check before starting About Transform Housing & Support We believe everyone should live independent and fulfilling lives.
