What you'll be doing

  • You'll work as part of a supportive team, empowering clients to resolve problems and reach positive outcomes.
  • You'll help clients meet their personalised support plans and access local community services.
  • Your housing management duties will include rent collection, risk assessments, tenancy management, reporting maintenance issues, and health and safety checks.

Salary: £18,162 per annum (£28,000 FTE)

Location: Sutton & Epsom Team based in Wallington

Hours: 24 hrs per week

About you

  • Ability to develop non-judgmental professional relationships with clients
  • Basic numeracy and written communication skills in Maths and English GCSE/level 4 or above or equivalent
  • The ability to communicate well with clients, peers and other agencies
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • The ability to manage their own time, delivering outcomes, meeting deadlines and undertaking training
  • The ability to gain an understanding of safeguarding issues and a commitment to protect all adults and children using or visiting Transform's services
  • Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook and the Internet)
