  • What You'll Be Doing

You'll join our Asset Management Team of 20 people, delivering high-quality services to our Housing Support colleagues and clients.

Your key responsibilities

  • Deliver all servicing and cyclical maintenance across our property portfolio through in-house teams and external contractors
  • Administrate Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) works through IT systems, following HHSRS and Awaab's Law guidelines
  • Arrange and monitor gas servicing, EICR's and compliance appointments with external contractors
  • Manage service chargeable works requiring cyclical programmes to maintain our properties
  • Ensure all remedial works from inspections and surveys are instructed, addressed and recorded with required evidence
  • What You'll Need
  • Experience delivering servicing and compliance programmes with cyclical maintenance contracts in Housing Association or Local Authority sector
  • Experience working client or contractor side in property maintenance
  • Thorough understanding of registered landlord responsibilities for statutory, regulatory and HSE requirements
  • Thorough understanding of Awaab's Law and HHSRS
  • Experience in Housing Association or Local Authority sector with regulatory compliance knowledge
  • Experience using IT systems to manage and monitor performance
  • Ability to take ownership of issues and deliver to set timescales
  • A Basic DBS check (to be completed by us, upon successful application)
