Lead transformative projects that directly combat climate change whilst improving homes for vulnerable people. You'll spearhead our ambitious Warm Homes Programme and Net Zero initiatives across 1,800+ properties.

The Role

You'll deliver our Warm Homes Programme, managing energy efficiency improvements alongside capital works including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, and roofs. Every project directly supports our Net Zero targets whilst creating safer, sustainable homes. You'll manage budgets, lead procurement, and coordinate internal and external partners. Your work ensures regulatory compliance whilst exceeding client expectations through strategic thinking.
