We provide housing and support for many socially excluded and vulnerable people across Surrey, parts of Berkshire, West Sussex, and the London Borough of Sutton. What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as a keyworker to clients, helping them achieve their goals and live independently.
- Assist clients with housing management activities, including reporting and monitoring repair issues, supporting clients in rent arrears to set up repayment agreements, and conducting regular health and safety checks and room inspections.
- Prepare rooms for new residents by assembling furniture and clearing rooms when clients move out.
What You’ll Need
- Ability to develop non-judgmental professional relationships with clients.
- The ability to manage your own time, delivering outcomes, meeting deadlines.
- An Enhanced DBS check (to be completed by us, upon successful application).
- A full valid driving licence and use of your own car for business purposes.

So when you join us, you will complete a tailored induction programme which will include a combination of online training, in-person training, and shadowing. Plus, after two years, you will have the opportunity to undertake a relevant extended training course, whether that be a college course, Open University degree or professional qualification.
