About Transform Housing & Support: At Transform Housing & Support, we believe everyone should live independent and fulfilling lives. We provide housing and support for many socially excluded and vulnerable people across Surrey, parts of Berkshire, West Sussex, and the London Borough of Sutton. Our Sheltered Housing Service supports over 100 older people across Reigate and Crawley. This role is based at our sheltered service in Reigate.

Salary: £15,135.00 per annum plus benefits (£28,000.00 FTE)

Location: Reigate, Surrey

Part time: 20 hrs per week

What You'll Be Doing: You'll join our friendly Sheltered Housing Team of four staff members across Reigate and Crawley. You'll provide high-quality service to our 23 older residents who live independently but enjoy the security of living in a small community.

What You'll Need:

  • 6 months previous experience of and passion for providing support to older people
  • Experience, understanding and commitment to supportive teamwork
  • Experience of using your initiative to produce sound solutions to problems as they arise
  • Have an understanding of and commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar applications
  • An Enhanced DBS check (to be completed by us, upon successful application) to be in place before starting
  • A full valid driving licence, and access to a car insured for work purposes
