Are you an organised and proactive HR professional who enjoys supporting people, improving processes and keeping things on track? We are looking for a People Coordinator to help shape the employee journey from day one and join our friendly and values-driven People Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-focused, motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where they can make a genuine impact.
As a key member of the team, you'll support everything from recruitment and onboarding to training coordination, HR systems administration and compliance reporting. Your work will play an important role in creating a positive and seamless experience for colleagues across the organisation. This role offers the opportunity to contribute ideas, improve processes and support continuous development across the People function. Every improvement you make will help strengthen how people experience working here.

What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities
- Supporting managers and candidates throughout the hiring process
- Managing HR administration accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining HR systems and employee records
- Supporting learning and development activities and online training systems
- Producing reports and supporting compliance processes
- Acting as a first point of contact for People-related queries
- Supporting projects and helping improve HR processes and systems
