Location : Surrey Job Type : Full time, 39 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent Salary : £29,200 pa The successful candidate will jointly be responsible for providing leadership and management of the housing and support services covered by the Housing First Team. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the support provided is holistic, empowering and promotes independence whilst effectively managing risk and ensuring the duty of care owed to clients is delivered. The teams provide?a range of services for those with support needs including housing single people with a history of homelessness and related support needs, people with support needs around substance misuse issues, ex-offenders and enduring mental health issues. Candidates must have or willing to work towards a housing management qualification in line with requirements of the Social Housing Regulation Act. Transform has excellent links with local authorities, and it is expected that the successful candidate will reinforce and continue to build on these.
