You will join our SRE team and contribute to TransFICC’s endpoints and infrastructure. - Keep pairing stations, Linux laptops, kiosk devices, and rebuild workflows running reliably
- Manage Ansible, Jamf, Intune, and related endpoint tooling
- Purchase, validate, and maintain machines and shared office engineering hardware
- Reduce recurring issues through scripting, automation, and process improvements
- Develop into broader SRE responsibilities over time
What we’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience owning desktop engineering, endpoint/workplace technology, and/or high-level support in a technical environment
- Strong troubleshooting ability across Linux, macOS, and Windows
- Experience with endpoint management and provisioning tools such as Jamf, Intune, and Ansible
- Comfort with CLI work, scripting, provisioning / rebuild workflows, and basic networking fundamentals
- A hands-on, self-sufficient approach and willingness to own physical office infrastructure
