As we grow, we are looking to expand our BA/Product capabilities by bringing on board someone who can be the go-to person for key customers throughout their journey of implementing our services.
We provide a low latency, high throughput distributed messaging system to the e-trading Fixed-income markets. We are foremost a technology service provider and support part of our customers' trading infrastructure. Our core products involve API connectivity and GUIs for electronic trading.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work closely with clients to gather and refine requirements, manage expectations, and provide progress updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams - Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support - to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Define project roadmaps, track milestones, and resolve roadblocks to maintain progress.
- Engage in sometimes technical, always product-focused, and occasionally business discussions.
- Use tools like Jira, GitHub, and Excel to document workflows and track progress.
- Ensure a smooth transition from project delivery to ongoing operations.
