The Role:

- Maintain governance, processes, and best practices across markets
- Act as the main point of contact for CRM queries and user support
- Deliver onboarding and training to improve adoption and usage
- Manage data quality, segmentation, and the development of a reliable single customer view
- Coordinate UAT cycles for platform updates and system changes
- Work closely with technical teams and external partners to deliver CRM improvements
- Support integrations across CRM, marketing tools, ticketing, e-commerce, and BI systems
- Build dashboards and reporting to support decision making
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technology teams across multiple markets
What this role focuses on:

- Driving consistency and scalability across systems and workflows
Experience Required:
- CRM operations, administration, or platform management experience
- Strong understanding of data quality, segmentation, and governance
- Experience coordinating UAT or system changes
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as DotDigital or similar
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience supporting system integrations
- Strong reporting and dashboarding skills
- Experience in multi market environments
What this role is not:
