Transfers in Sport is partnering with a global leader in sports hospitality to recruit a Business Development Lead to drive growth across their multi-sport portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to shape commercial strategy, secure high-value partnerships, and connect fans with unforgettable experiences.
This role will focus on identifying, pursuing, and converting new commercial opportunities within the UK, while also taking ownership of Cricket as a strategic global sport. You will work across multiple sports, leading bids, proposals, and partnerships that enhance the organisation’s presence and impact. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver complex proposals, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure that every opportunity is assessed for commercial viability. A key part of the role is post-bid evaluation, capturing lessons learned to continually improve the effectiveness of future submissions and drive strategic alignment.
The role also involves representing the organisation at industry events and tournaments, maintaining accurate pipeline reporting, and contributing insights to shape overall business development strategy. Flexibility is required for occasional international travel and non-standard hours during peak periods.
