We’re on a mission to change the football transfer market. TransferRoom is a hyper-growth B2B SaaS SportsTech company and the only digital marketplace in the world focusing on the global football industry. We do this by empowering football clubs, agents and players to be successful in the transfer market by giving them real‑time market intelligence and direct access to a global network of decision‑makers. TransferRoom has become a must‑have for key stakeholders in football’s transfer market. It’s used by 800+ clubs, including Man City, Liverpool and Juventus, 550 trusted agencies and 8000 professional players. It has empowered clubs and agents to facilitate over 9,500+ transfers since its launch in 2017.
We work in cross‑functional squads, made up of full‑stack engineers, product managers, product designers, analysts, and automated QAs. Together, these squads own a key area of our platform — from club tools and agent products to core infrastructure and data services. We believe the best work happens when teams are empowered to make decisions, collaborate openly, and ship fast. Our squads are lean and can develop and deploy their products end‑to‑end autonomously.
Our London office is at Bankside, with additional tech hubs in Poland and Ukraine. Our office is naturally social, especially Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays, when we have regular team drinks, celebrations and five‑a‑side football.
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll join a small, fast‑moving team working on multiple B2B SaaS products. You’ll help build greenfield products and evolve mature ones – both parts matter equally, and both demand someone who enjoys clarity and ambiguity in equal measure. This is a hands‑on role. We’re looking for someone sharp in Figma, curious by nature, and comfortable taking a messy problem from first principles all the way through to a polished, high‑quality solution. You’ll also use AI tools like Figma Make and Lovable to speed up exploration, prototyping and validation. More than anything, we’re looking for someone who brings calm, clear thinking into the room – someone who helps everyone around them make better decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing end‑to‑end, from early discovery through to detailed UI and final delivery
- Working hands‑on in Figma to explore, prototype and ship thoughtful, high‑quality design
- Improving existing products as well as shaping new ones from the ground up
- Using AI tools like Figma Make and Lovable to test, learn and iterate faster
- Partnering closely with our VP Product, PMs, engineers and commercial teams – contributing as much to the why as the what
- Bringing structure and clarity to complex problem spaces
- Helping maintain and evolve our design system
- Raising the bar for design craft and decision‑making across the team – by example
We hire for potential and mindset, not just a checklist of skills – so you don’t need to have used all these before. If you’re excited about solving problems at scale, we’ll support you with onboarding and learning opportunities to get up to speed.
You Should Apply If
- You have strong UX and UI skills – demonstrated through end‑to‑end product examples
- You work confidently in Figma – quick, structured and precise
- You have experience designing SaaS products, ideally with data‑rich or complex interfaces
- You have a pragmatic mindset – you know when to polish and when to move
- You are curious about AI in design – not as a gimmick, but for better outcomes
- You enjoy helping others grow through good examples, clear thinking and constructive guidelines
- You bring a steady, thoughtful approach to your work – especially when things feel ambiguous or fast‑moving
- You listen well, challenge respectfully, and help teams move towards clearer decisions
