We're on a mission to change the football transfer market. TransferRoom is a hyper-growth B2B SaaS SportsTech company and the only digital marketplace in the world focusing on the global football industry. We empower football clubs, agents and players with realâtime market intelligence and direct access to a global network of decisionâmakers. Our platform is used by 800+ clubs, including Man City, Liverpool and Juventus, 550 trusted agencies and 8000 professional players, and has facilitated over 9,500 transfers since 2017.
As a Senior Product Designer you'll join a small, fastâmoving squad building multiple B2B SaaS products. You'll design greenfield products and evolve mature ones, handling ambiguity and clarity equally. The role is handsâon in Figma, using AI tools such as Figma Make and Lovable to prototype, ship and iteratively improve designs. You'll partner with VP Product, PMs, engineers and commercial teams to shape both the "why" and the "what" of our products, and elevate the design system and overall design craft across the team.
Responsibilities
- Design endâtoâend experiences, from early discovery through detailed UI and final delivery.
- Use Figma to explore, prototype and ship polished, highâquality designs.
- Improve existing products and shape new ones from the ground up.
- Apply AI tools like Figma Make and Lovable to test, learn and iterate faster.
- Partner closely with VP Product, PMs, engineers and commercial teamsâcontributing to both strategy and execution.
- Bring structure and clarity to complex problem spaces.
- Maintain and evolve the design system.
- Raise the bar for design craft and decisionâmaking across the team by example.
Qualifications
- Strong UX and UI skills demonstrated through endâtoâend product examples.
- Proficiency in Figmaâquick, structured and precise.
- Experience designing SaaS products, ideally with dataârich or complex interfaces.
