Transfer Room is a hyper-growth B2B Saa S company on a mission to change the football transfer market for the better, enabling clubs and agents to find transfer opportunities through our digital network.
Transfer Room is the market leader, which is why it’s used by 800+ clubs, including Man City, Liverpool and PSG, and 550 agencies globally.
As of the 2025 summer transfer window, our platform has facilitated over 10,000 transfers since launch in 2017.
Location
Our London office is at Bankside, with additional tech teams in Poland and Ukraine.
Our office is naturally social, especially Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays, when we have regular team drinks, celebrations and five-a-side football.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our mission to transform the football transfer market for the better.
This is a full-funnel role – you’ll be the glue behind the systems, data, and processes that keep marketing, sales, and customer success moving in lockstep.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- GTM Systems & Data
Infrastructure: Own and optimize our Hub Spot ecosystem, ensuring reliable integrations, clean data flow, and strong data hygiene across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and our Events.
- Automation & Process Optimization: Design and build workflows and automations (including AI-driven tools) to eliminate manual work and streamline processes across the funnel.
- Pipeline & Lead
Operations: Own pipeline hygiene and campaign management, including how leads flow from form submission through routing logic and handover between Marketing and Sales.
- Attribution & Reporting: Maintain and enhance full-funnel attribution tracking, feeding clean data into dashboards and forecasts while proactively flagging risks and opportunities.
- Cross-functional Enablement: Partner with marketing, sales, CS, and finance to align revenue operations with broader business objectives.
Who You Are
- Must have
- 3-5 years in marketing/revenue operations, Saa S B2B environment
- Strong, hands‑on Hub Spot experience
- Systems‑thinking mindset with strong project management skills
- Excellent cross‑team communication and stakeholder skills
- Nice to have
- Experience with Zapier or similar automation/integration tools
- Experience applying AI/automation to GTM workflows
