Transfer Room is a hyper-growth B2B Saa S company on a mission to change the football transfer market for the better, supporting clubs and agents across the lifecycle of a transfer to make smarter decisions and better deals.

Transfer Room is the market leader, which is why it’s used by 800+ clubs, including Man City, Liverpool and PSG, and 550 agencies globally.

As of early 2026, we have facilitated over 10,000 deals since launch in 2017 - and we’re already focused on the next milestone.

What we're looking for

Transfer Room is accelerating in 2026, having launched several brand new products to market and an ambitious development roadmap for the next 12 months.

As such, we need a hands‑on Product Marketing Manager to work with our Product Marketing Lead to ensure the successful execution of various campaigns to a high level, driving meaningful outcomes for new and retained revenue.

It’s a very exciting time to be joining as you will be working in the heart of the business at the intersection of marketing, product, data, sales and customer success.

We are looking for someone with a bias to action, someone who can make things happen without compromising on quality.

The role offers scope for growth into a more senior position, representing a fantastic opportunity to take more direct ownership of certain product lines and overall strategic direction.

Our Location

Our London office is at Bankside, with the commercial team located across the globe, as well as development teams in Poland and Ukraine.

Our office is naturally social, especially Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays, when we have regular team drinks, celebrations and five‑a‑side football.

Key responsibilities for the role

  • Supporting the full GTM process for new product launches.
  • Running campaigns to support our commercial goals for existing products.
  • Implementing adoption tactics to drive key actions for various customer segments.
  • Scaling our customer marketing operations.
  • Building and maintaining sales & marketing assets.
  • Creating product related content like Blogs, Interviews and more.
  • Supporting the keynotes for our many networking events.
  • Implementing Agentic AI into your workflows.
  • Maintaining Competitive Intelligence.

Who you are

  • Must have
  • 3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B Saa S companies.
  • Demonstrable results for GTM pipeline generation.
  • Experience implementing Customer Marketing campaigns.
  • Strong in messaging frameworks, content creation, asset building.
  • Low ego, growth mindset.
  • Bias for action over structure.
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the football domain.
  • Available to work from our London office 3 days a week.
  • Nice to have
  • Experience in roles outside of product marketing.
  • Some entrepreneurial side hustle experience.
  • Confidence with video creation (not editing don’t worry!)
  • Understands sales and commercial models.
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent.
