Translogik provides tyre inspection and data capture tools, enabling leading fleet managers, tyre suppliers, and service centres to collect and digitalise critical tyre condition data to improve safety and reduce operational costs. The key responsibilities for the Manufacturing Technician are:
- Assembly of SAW sensors and associated electronics (Includes detailed soldering).
- Testing and electrical verification of sensor assemblies.
- Support of calibration and production testing.
- Assisting in implementation of Lean Manufacturing environment.
- Inspection and acceptance of incoming product.
- Packaging and Shipping of Transense Product.
- Assisting Translogik assembly where required.
- Support in development of new manufacturing processes.
- Support to develop current manufacturing practices.
