V.I.E Data Analyst (M/F)

Transdev is hiring a Data Analyst (V.I.E) M/F.

Key Responsibilities:

• As part of its ambition to strengthen data-driven decision-making across the organisation, Blazefield is looking for a proactive Data Analyst to support the development of its data and reporting function.
• Working closely with Finance and operational departments, the V.I.E will contribute to building reliable data processes and analytical tools that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Within the Finance team, the V.I.E will contribute to the development and structuring of the company’s data analytics capabilities.

Main responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identifying relevant data sources and defining measurement parameters to ensure consistency across departments.
• Supporting the development of data infrastructure to centralise and structure information.
• Collecting, cleaning and integrating data from various systems.
• Ensuring data quality and contributing to data governance practices.
• Analysing data to identify trends, patterns and correlations.
• Creating dashboards and visual reports to support decision-making and present insights to senior leaders.

Your profile:

We are looking for a motivated candidate with strong analytical skills and an interest in data analysis and business performance. The ideal candidate should have:

• A degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of statistical tools such as R, SQL, or Python.
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different teams.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
