Key Responsibilities:
- As part of its ambition to strengthen data-driven decision-making across the organisation, Blazefield is looking for a proactive Data Analyst to support the development of its data and reporting function.
- Working closely with Finance and operational departments, the V.I.E will contribute to building reliable data processes and analytical tools that support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Within the Finance team, the V.I.E will contribute to the development and structuring of the company’s data analytics capabilities.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identifying relevant data sources and defining measurement parameters to ensure consistency across departments.
- Supporting the development of data infrastructure to centralise and structure information.
- Collecting, cleaning and integrating data from various systems.
- Ensuring data quality and contributing to data governance practices.
- Analysing data to identify trends, patterns and correlations.
- Creating dashboards and visual reports to support decision-making and present insights to senior leaders.
Your profile:
- We are looking for a motivated candidate with strong analytical skills and an interest in data analysis and business performance.
- The ideal candidate should have:
- A degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of statistical tools such as R, SQL, or Python.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different teams.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
