Location: Hamworthy/Poole

Hours: Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

We are looking for a friendly and organised person to join our busy office team in a sales support role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants a steady, office‑based position.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Speaking with customers by phone and email
  • Helping prepare quotes and process orders
  • Keeping track of customer requests and following up where needed
  • Supporting the wider sales team with day‑to‑day tasks
  • Keeping records accurate and up to date

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn

  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail

  • No specialist product knowledge is required – full training will be provided

Hours: Mon‑Fri 9‑5pm, 37.5 hours

Benefits: Free parking. Company pension scheme.

Holiday: 20 days holiday, rising at 1 day per year to a max 25 days after 5 years continuous service (plus bank holidays). You also get your birthday day off as holiday (subject to conditions).
