Transdev Blazefield is recruiting Training and Recruitment Administrator to be based at our Starbeck Offices in Harrogate.
Transdev Blazefield run over 500 buses from 9 bases across the North of England, enabling nearly 40 million journeys each year – all thanks to the commitment of our 1,400 colleagues. What will you be doing?
- Identify current vacancies, post job adverts to the relevant recruitment websites and work with the communications team to post internally
- Manage candidates within the recruitment and on boarding modules of the HR system
- Work closely with the franchising bid team to plan and run recruitment campaigns as required
- Review applications received via recruitment websites, company website, email, social media or telephone in line with company policy and current legislation
- To contact candidates in relation to the progress of their application
- Schedule interviews for either yourself and/or hiring manager, dependant on the role
- Carry out interviews and complete all checks and testing
- To manage and update all dashboards and trackers
- Work with the Head of People to develop the recruitment, on boarding and training modules on the HR system
- To coordinate, schedule and maintain calendar activities as required by the Training Manager, including but not exclusively induction training and CPC training
What do we need from you?
- Have a minimum of at least two years’ experience in recruitment
- Have a minimum of at least two years’ experience in administration
- Have some experience in HR
- Have a strong passion for people and their development
- Hold a car licence as travelling to different sites is essential
- A willingness to gain a PCV licence
