Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a growing manufacturing business in the Middlesbrough area with their search for an Electrical Maintenance Technician.
Key Duties

  • Carry out breakdown repairs to production equipment, plant, and services as requested.
  • Carrying out TPMs and ensuring documentation is completed.
  • PLC Fault finding(Siemens).
  • Keep daily records of all work completed and all work pending.
  • Monitor stores stock and usage.
  • Always apply best practice operation maintaining high levels of health & safety, hygiene and quality standards.
  • Progress and complete project work on site.
Key Requirements
  • Ideally a minimum of 3 year\'s experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Understand and be able to read mechanical/electrical schematic drawings.
  • Be experienced in the use of PPM systems.
  • Work on their own initiative.
  • Work towards improved efficiency in the maintenance department.
  • Be an effective team player and possess excellent communication skills.
The Package
  • £42,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
  • Continental shift pattern of days & nights: Mon&Tues 12 hour days, Wed OFF, Thurs&Fri 12 hour nights, followed by Mon&Tues 12 hour nights, Wed OFF, Thurs&Fri 12 hour days on rotation. NO WEEKEND SHIFT PATTERN.
  • Generous performance based bonus potential paid annually.
