A rapidly expanding freight forwarding organisation is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ocean Import Freight Operations Coordinator to join their team and take ownership of inbound shipments across ocean and air freight. Ocean Import mainly. Will predominantly imports from the Far East and ISC to Europe and UK but will include some air freight also a main part of the role is liaising with overseas agents and our customers as well as destination agents/shipping lines.

ROLE: Ocean Import - Some Air

BASIC SALARY: £28k to £38k - Will consider junior to experienced

LOCATION: Essex

HOURS: 08:30am to 5:30pm - Flexible on finish time

ROLE: This is a full-time, office-based role in Barking and is focused purely on freight operations and shipment management no customs clearance responsibilities involved.
