A rapidly expanding UK & International freight forwarding organisation is looking for an Export road Freight Groupage Operator / Clerk to join their expanding road freight groupage team. The client is looking for a minimum of 2 years road freight experience, export and groupage experience.
ROLE: Handling European Export road freight groupage services. Arranging movement of export road freight from origin to final destination, both international and national. Liaising with customers, overseas partners and suppliers.
Experience required:
- Must have a good understanding of European Export Groupage road freight, at least 2 years experience.
- Capable of manually calculating costs and charges.
- Understanding of taxable kilos.
- Good customer service skills.
- Experience with Customs paperwork.
- Ability to work in a team but also be self-sufficient.
