A major UK and International commercial vehicle manufacturer is looking for a service advisor to run and manage the front service desk. An understanding of Keyloop is nice to have, along with R2C and experience in a similar role. Experience in any car, light commercial or commercial vehicle environment, HGV, fleet, van, car or any automotive sector is preferred. Light commercial or commercial sector experience in any capacity is beneficial but not essential. Candidates may also include ex HGV technicians, service advisors, parts technicians, etc. Someone who is dynamic and has a real flair is desired.
Salary: £28k to £32k
Benefits: Overtime, bonus, pension, etc.
Role:
- To assist management in implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels in excess of the manufacturer national average.
- To control and maximise service requirements in a courteous and efficient manner to ensure that all resources required in completing the work are available on schedule.
- To deliver gross profit in line with the business plan by maximising the number of hours sold, driving revenue per transaction, ensuring 100% adherence to the VHC process and motivating product sales.
- To distribute and control the issue of work to the Technicians to maximise quality and overall efficiency.
