Arriva is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join the Transcare Solutions team and shape the future of our UK insurance, incidents and claims function. Reporting to the Head of Transcare Solutions, you will provide operational and strategic leadership across people, processes, systems and supplier relationships to deliver a high-quality, compliant service.
This hybrid role requires a minimum of three days per week at the Liverpool depot or Sunderland office.
