About the Role

In this role, you will have a directly measurable impact on our overall Sales Targets as a company. You will manage a team of Business Development Representatives to support our Outbound Sales Teams with detailed account research and prospecting efforts. You will have access to the latest social and contact tools to uncover opportunities for FIS to help our prospective clients solve some of the most challenging and relevant issues in financial services and technology.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Drive the creation of sales leads through outbound strategies, including calling, emailing, and social media outreach, utilising platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach, in collaboration with lead generation programs.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and nurture team members, preparing them for future sales roles within the organisation.
  • Develop and implement strategies for demand generation activities.
  • Assist in strategic and targeted sales and marketing campaigns by collecting and analysing comprehensive data.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of sales techniques and product differentiators.

What You Bring

  • Fluent in German or French language (Required)
  • Proven experience in a BDR or sales management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in training, coaching, and developing sales talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with sales and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach).
  • Proficiency with sales methodology.
