We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven UK Business Developer to join our expanding business development team. The UK Business Developer will play a pivotal role in identifying, nurturing, and securing business opportunities in the telecommunications industry, focusing on selling Transatel services to target markets. The successful candidate will have a passion for mobile technology, a deep understanding of the UK mobile landscape, and a proven track record of achieving business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
- Generate leads through outbound campaigns, networking and attending industry events.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue generation.
- Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring terms are favourable for the company whilst meeting client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, account management and operations, to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
- Provide regular updates on business development activities, market trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
It is anticipated that there will be an initial period of training where the individual learns about us, our technology and our products. However, you will be expected to develop into a UK market expert with a detailed understanding of the UK digital market. This is a unique opportunity to join a market leading technology growth company and to be at the core of its development.
University graduate with proven experience (minimum 2 years) in Business Development or a similar role. Preferred experience in Telecommunications, IT or digital services. Demonstrated success in building and maintaining business relationships and achieving sales targets. Fluency in English mandatory and French is a plus. This position is based either in the UK (remote) or in Paris (La Défense).
