Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships with a designated panel of managed clients
- Take a structured and proactive approach to employer management – governance & engagement
- Own problem resolution for managed client servicing and administration
- Reactive issue/complaint resolution including high quality, expedient resolution and root cause analysis
- Build and maintain effective working relationships across the business ensuring a joined up approach is taken at all times
Qualifications
- Excellent client relationship management skills – working with large workplace clients
- Proactive relationship management skills – identifying opportunities to support the employer in areas such as engagement or wellbeing
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Passion for service excellence and a sharp focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent report writing skills
- Competent with a wide range of Windows based applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.) and comfortable with new technology
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet strict deadlines, whilst demonstrating accountability for individual and team workload
