Weâre creating the companyâs AI environment, building a flexible âcloud experienceâ for internal hosting services, designing frameworks for data governance and management, and ensuring the security and stability of the companyâs technology.
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join our team in Edinburgh. Enterprise Technology provides project and programme management, delivery assurance and consulting, health checks and related guidance for key programmes and projects. In this role you will be assigned to various project management support assignments. Due to the global nature of the team, the role may require flexible hours on occasion to accommodate global projects.
Key Responsibilities include:

- Coordination of crossâfunctional teams â ensuring developers, analysts, stakeholders, and vendors stay aligned and informed.
- Managing project budgets and resources.
- Monitoring risks, issues, and progress.
- Ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder communication.
- Driving quality reporting to allow for clear visibility of progress.
Weâd love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience working in a project management role, and youâre motivated by delivering technology initiatives that help the wider business operate securely, efficiently, and at pace.
- A proven ability to manage one or more projects at a time â bringing teams together, defining clear responsibilities, and maintaining practical project plans that balance timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards.
- A strong focus on quality, with the capability to set clear expectations, embed controls into delivery, and produce accurate, transparent reporting on progress, risks, defects, and remediation.
- Demonstrated strength as a communicator who values collaborationâproviding clear updates to stakeholders, leading team meetings, and continually looking for ways to improve processes and ways of working.
Itâd also be great â but not essential â if youâve got:
- Relevant project management certifications such as PRINCE2 and/or PMP.
- The ability to work closely within an IT and infrastructure environment, partnering with technical teams across applications, platforms, cloud, security, and data to deliver reliable, wellâgoverned outcomes.
- Background in financial services, particularly pensions, would be a strong advantage.
Weâre serious about your future and our enhanced pension scheme is now in place. We ask you to contribute 3% of your salary to your pension and weâll put in 9%. If you decide to contribute more, weâll match it up to a combined total of 20% of your salary (thatâs 7% from you and 13% from us).
A discretionary bonus, depending on personal and company performance.
34 days leave per year (including bank holidays, pro-rated for part-time).
We also offer private medical cover, life assurance, critical illness cover, enhanced parental leave and a variety of lifestyle benefits to help our employees live their best lives.
