This role offers hands-on experience across HR project delivery and day-to-day HR operations. You will support a defined HR project and provide operational cover for an HR Advisor during the 8-week internship.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Penultimate or final year student studying an HR degree.
  • Strong interest in HR, people operations and organisational development.
  • Proactive, highly organised, able to work independently.
  • Enjoys collaboration and achieving high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Employment Details

  • Duration: 8 weeks.
  • Hours: 7 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Hourly rate: £14.42.
  • Must be available for the duration of the internship.
