Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new investment initiatives from concept through to delivery, ensuring strong commercial outcomes.
- Take ownership of existing propositions, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance performance, improve customer outcomes and maintain competitive positioning.
- Drive proposition strategy, bringing a forward‑thinking perspective to shape and influence long‑term direction.
- Develop high quality business cases and proposals, underpinned by robust customer, adviser and distributor insights.
- Deliver insightful market and competitor analysis, clearly articulating implications and opportunities for the business.
- Own governance requirements, including Board and Committee materials, ensuring clear, compelling and well‑structured outputs.
- Chair and manage internal forums and committees relevant to proposition development and oversight.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions, influencing and aligning on priorities, delivery approaches and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading the development and ongoing management of investment propositions.
- Strong technical and commercial understanding of investment solutions and product structures.
- Track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives and projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Deep understanding of customer and adviser needs, with the ability to translate these into compelling solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and governance forums.
