Main Duties:
- Purchase Ledger
- Processing purchase invoices and matching them against goods received notes
- Setting up and running supplier payment runs
- Reconciling supplier statements and investigating any discrepancies
- Producing and reviewing month-end purchase ledger reports
- Raising and processing sales invoices accurately and on time
- Managing credit control and chasing outstanding balances
- Preparing month-end sales ledger reporting
- Posting and reconciling bank payments and receipts across multiple currencies
- Completing month-end bank reconciliations, including foreign currency revaluations
- Working closely with colleagues across multiple group companies to support wider finance operations
- Maintaining and monitoring the shared finance mailboxes
- Supporting the quarterly audit process and responding to information requests
- Providing cover for the team where needed, including raising sales and purchase orders
Location / Office / Culture: Based at the company’s modern offices in Studley, you’ll be working alongside a friendly, collaborative finance team that genuinely values teamwork, quality, honesty and passion. What We Are Looking For: The ideal candidate will have:
- Sound understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, with a good working knowledge of formulas and spreadsheets

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well organised with effective time management
- Previous experience with Oracle E-Business Suite would be advantageous, but is not essential
