Transaction Recruitment are supporting our Stratford Upon Avon based client in their search for an experienced Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis. My client is looking for a proactive individual, with the ability to lead a small dynamic team during a period of exciting expansion. This position is fully office based.
Daily duties and experience required includes:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the AP team to achieve high performance
- Undertake one-to-ones and ensure a positive working environment is maintained
- Ensuring the AP team process invoices accurately, efficiently and in line with company policy
- Oversee month-end and year-end AP close processes, ensuring accuracy of financial data
- Work with internal & external stakeholders to resolve queries and identify opportunities to add value
- Maintain accurate supplier information
- Supplier Statement reconciliation
- Support external audits, answering audit queries and providing information
- Ensure compliance with controls, policies & regulations
- Ensure timely payment of suppliers
