Main Duties:

  • Contribute to the production of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements, ensuring information is precise and delivered within required deadlines.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting by collaborating with cross-functional teams to collect and analyse relevant data.
  • Manage and reconcile balance sheet accounts, including tracking accruals and prepaid expenses.
  • Evaluate internal procedures to help maintain financial governance and regulatory adherence.
  • Coordinate the monthly invoicing cycle, working closely with operational teams to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Record and maintain financial data within management reporting systems, safeguarding accuracy and completeness.
  • Support period-end close activities by performing account reconciliations and posting journal adjustments.
