About the Business An opportunity to be a Junior Finance Manager for a service business based in Dudley. It’s a diverse company which caters to wide array of clients on a national scale. Main Duties: As a Junior Finance Manager, your main duties include: * Timely production of monthly management reports * Preparing and posting month end journals * Balance Sheet reconciliations * Maintaining Fixed Asset Schedules * Monthly and quarterly VAT returns * Prepare and process all prepayments and accruals, ensuring transactions are accurate and completed. * Identify variances, analysing any unusual cost trends, raising any issues to Finance Director * Ad hoc duties, reporting and analysis to support the team to meet their deadlines Location / Office / Culture The role is based at the company’s offices in Dudley and has very easy public transport routes alongside on-site parking.
